Processing time - Custom Orders

As of October 2022:

Currently, our processing time for custom items range anywhere between 10-15 business days (this does NOT include shipping time). While we strive to complete your order asap, factors beyond our control may affect how soon we can complete your transaction (eg. mockup approval, unforseen illness, etc.). Some items (eg. apparel) we offer are stocked in our offsite warehouse so these may take time to get here. We will communicate any delays that may occur with your order.

Please order your items a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your event to avoid delays and issues!

Processing Time - BLANKS

As of October 2022:

If items are on hand, items can be picked up within 24-72 hours. However, if they are custom for you, it can take up to 5 business days to process them.

DTF Custom Prints can take 2-4 business days to process.

If you're unsure, please message us to confirm the processing time.

If these items are custom, you must provide us with the appropriate file. Extra charges may incur if we have to set up the design for you.

Local pickups MUST be scheduled with us. We allow 30 minute intervals for each client ot pickup their item within their designated time slot. If unable to arrive at your scheduled time, you will need to reschedule at a later date. Clients who fail to arrive in time for their scheduled pickup, at a max of 3 occassions, will no longer be eligible for pickup and must select shipping or will have their orders cancelled.

Payment Information

All custom orders are subject to a 50% deposit or full payment.

The balance is due prior to or at the time of shipping or pickup. Goods are not released until balance is paid.

About our Handmade products

While we do our best to ensure that you are happy with your items, please remember that most of our items are hand made.

Few things to note:

1) Variations in computer monitors: colors may vary from our pictures online and what you see on your screen.

2) Variation in wood: several factors affect how a piece of wood can accept stain. Again, colors you see on screen may be different when you receive your product

3) We are human. Really - we are!

If you feel like you are unsatisfied with what you've received from us, please talk to us! We welcome your feedback and we'll do our best to provide you with reasonable support you require.

Shipping Information

We use several courier to mail your package out to you!

We generally use UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post.

For PO Boxes, only Canada Post is used.

While we offer flat rate shipping, there may be circumstances where your shipping may incur an overage fee due to the total weight of your purchase (applicable if your item does not meet our free shipping policy). If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know how much the cost will be.
