Where are you located? Can I stop by your shop?

We are located in Strathcona County, Sherwood Park, Alberta.

While we are primarily an e-commerce store, we do attend several markets within the Edmonton & Area Region every year. Our market dates will be posted on our social media sites, so stay tuned!

Outside of our market dates, we do not offer walk-in visits. We schedule in-person appointments, usually for product pick up.

What are your hours of operation

Our hours of operation are as follows:

Mondays to Wednesdays: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm; Saturdays: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sundays & Stat Holidays we are CLOSED.

We respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours (regular business times).

How do I receive my order

We offer two ways for getting your orders out to you.

  1. Local Pickup - you must indicate this on your order. All pickups must be booked ahead of time. We can offer same day pickup, though this is not always guaranteed.
  2. Shipping - if you live outside of the Sherwood Park or Edmonton Zone, we can ship your order to you or the intended recipient. Please note that shipping times can vary, so please plan ahead and give yourself enough time to accommodate for potential delays with shipping. We have no control over the shipping ETA once your package leaves our facility.

How long before I receive my order?

Our processing times vary according to the volume of customers we are serving and the order size. Larger order sizes may take longer, but we do our best to communicate any delays with out customers.

Regular processing times for orders are as follows (unless otherwise noted):

  • DTF Prints, 1-2 business days
  • UV DTF Prints, 1-2 business days
  • Custom Apparel, 3-5 business days when items are in stock
  • Laser Engraving or cutting services, 5-10 business days

Please note that these times do not include shipping time for orders outside of our local area.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders with a combined total weight of less than 25kg (55lbs) and are valued over $250 are shipped for free within Canada by regular parcel.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight and size of the package, so shipping rates may vary. We charge the exact amount where possible and customers will receive a separate invoice for shipping.

Making an order

Customized Apparel

For custom apparel, it is best to look at our existing catalog to determine which apparel or accessory is right for you.

Once you've made your selection, write down the details including:

  • Color, Size, & Quantity

Custom Gift Boxes

We will be offering our gift boxes once again. However, in an effort to ensure that we are giving our customers the best value for their boxes, we are still reviewing the offerings we feel would be great options for the boxes.

That said, if you have any questions or if you'd like to discuss what we currently have and you have an idea on what to put in your gift box, please don't hesitate to reach out so we can chat about your idea!

Group Ordering

  • Bulk Orders: We highly recommend that our customers make larger orders to receive the best pricing.
  • Minimum Requirement: Ensure you have a minimum of 20 orders when ordering for large groups.
  • Online Submission:
    • Visit our online ordering platform.
    • Submit your request with a detailed description of your needs.
    • It's crucial to provide all necessary details to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Confirmation: Once submitted, wait for a confirmation from our team regarding your order.
  • Best Pricing: By ordering in bulk, you not only streamline the process but also enjoy the best pricing available.

How much notice do I need to give for large orders (20+ items)

Ideally, we require a minimum of 2 weeks before your deadline for 20 items or less.

For 50+ items, we require 3-4 weeks.

For 75+ items, we require 5-6 weeks.

For 100+ items, we require 1-2 months.

Note that this is generally a guideline and these processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Do you offer any refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of the service and products we provide, we are unable to issue any refunds or exchanges.

However, we realize that there may be extenuating circumstances that may qualify for an exception on a case by case basis.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

While we take extra caution in packaging orders, there may be instances that packages get damaged in the care and custody of the courier. Please reach out ASAP to let us know so we can find a suitable solution for your concern. The best way to contact us with these concerns is by emailing or

Can I cancel my order?

If your order was placed within 2 hours, please let us know right away by messaging us at or call us at 780-265-6272. Otherwise, once we have started on your order, we will be unable to cancel it.
